Netflix India released the trailer of the film Dhamaka on Tuesday, starring Kartik Aryan in the lead role. The trailer shows the journey of a journalist named Arjun Pathak, played by Kartik. He receives an unexpected phone call that changes his fate and everyone who is associated with him.
Taking Twitter, Netflix shared the Dhamaka trailer on their official handle. They captioned the trailer, “Keep calm and put your Bharosa in Arjun Pathak. #Dhamaka is loading, Arriving on Netflix – 19th November.”
The trailer begins with Arjun Pathak, who got another chance to go live on prime-time television when a terrorist calls him with a bomb threat. He gets an exclusive interview live on air with the terrorist, but it doesn’t go as planned. The terrorist threatens to blow up the bridge, where Arjun’s wife, Mrunal Thakur, reports, so now he is caught between moral dilemma.
Directed by Ram Madhvani and co-produced by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP Movies, Lotte Cultureworks, Global Gate Entertainment, and Lionsgate Films. Along with Kartik and Mrunal, Dhamaka also stars Amruta Subhash, Vikas Kumar, and Vishwajeet Pradhan.
Dhamaka will start streaming on Netflix from November 19.
