After working for more than a decade in the film industry, the actor adds another milestone in her career as she launches her production house, Outsiders Films. For this new venture, she has joined hands with Pranjal Khandhdiya, a content creator and producer.
Zee Studios, in association with Taapsee’s Outsider Films and Echelon Productions, unveiled the first-look motion poster of Film Blurr on July 15, which marks her first film as a producer. Besides producing the film, Taapsee Pannu will also star in it. The poster shows her blindfolded with a pair of hands tightly tucking her fingers and closing her eyes, leaving no room for a peak in a black backdrop. Sharing the poster on Twitter, Taapsee Pannu wrote: “You haven’t seen it all….As yet.”
Filmmaker Ajay Bahl will direct Blurr. The film is slated for a 2022 release. The makers are yet to announce the rest of the cast of the film.
Taapsee Pannu was last seen in the film Haseen Dillruba. Some finished projects awaiting release, including Anurag Kashyap’s Dobaaraa and Aakash Bhatia’s Looop Lapeta. She will also be seen in Shabaash Mithu, which is a biopic on cricketer Mithali Raj.
