On October 6, Khushi Kapoor shared a trailer for Jigra, the title track from her rumored beau Vedanga Raina’s upcoming movie. Today, October 7, 2024, the song from the film, which also stars Alia Bhatt, will be released. It’s interesting to note that the actor Vedang Raina himself sang it. Khushi didn’t write much, but she gave a big shoutout to her rumored beau with a party popper and a white heart emoji.
Vedang responded by posting several red-heart emojis. Janhvi Kapoor also mentioned how excited she was about the upcoming song. She posted on her Instagram stories, “Rock STAR,” along with a star emoji. Vedang reshared it and responded with several smiley emojis and red heart emojis.
Just a few days ago, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) certified Jigra, starring Alia and Vedang, as a U/A film. The film will run for 155 minutes. The CBFC website revealed this information, stating that Jigra’s certified duration is 155 minutes, meaning two hours and thirty-five minutes, in addition to the U/A rating.
In addition to Alia and Vedang, Sobhita Dhulipala, Manoj Pahwa and Rahul Ravindran play important roles in this Vasan Bala-directed film. Alia’s Eternal Sunshine Productions and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions are backing the eagerly anticipated movie.
On October 11, 2024, Jigra is scheduled to release. It’s worth noting that ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video ‘, starring Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri, would also be released on the same day, providing audiences with multiple entertainment options.
