It’s also a significant milestone for Jung Hae In, marking his first romantic comedy since his debut.
The poster for TVN’s upcoming drama Love Next Door, unveiled on July 19, exudes a youthful and refreshing vibe. In the poster, Jung Hae In and Jung So Min are shown enjoying lollipops while sitting next to one another. The text in the caption says, “Was wondering why the weather was so gloomy. Seung Ho X Seok Ryu took all the light”. This poster sets the tone for a fun and light-hearted romantic comedy.
The TVN premiere of Love Next Door is set for August 17. The show will air on Saturdays and Sundays and has 16 episodes.
Jung So Min will portray Baek Seok Ryu, a character whose name means ‘white’ and ‘succeed’ in Korean, symbolizing her academic success and eventual career challenges. Certain events eventually caused her to quit her well-paying work.
Choi Seunh Hyo, a successful young architect, will be portrayed by Jung Hae In. As a child, he played many games with the daughter of his mother’s friend. Over time, they separate and then come together as adults.
The director of Love Next Door is Yoo Je Won. Shin Ha Eun wrote the script for the drama.
