On Thursday, Shah Rukh Khan celebrated his 58th birthday by releasing the teaser for Dunki, his third movie of the year, following the successful releases of Pathaan and Jawan. The most anticipated teaser for Dunki, the first collaboration between Shah Rukh and director Rajkumar Hirani, offered the best glimpse of the movie yet. Alongside Shah Rukh, Taapsee Pannu also plays the lead character in Dunki. Vicky Kaushal appears in the movie as well.
A group of people traveling across a desert while a sharpshooter has a mark on their backs is shown in the teaser’s opening scene. With a group of buddies from Punjab who aspire to work and reside in London someday, we go back in time to the beginning as he fires a shot. Shah Rukh Khan is pictured here with two other buddies, Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu. As Hardy, Shah Rukh’s character swears to do any means necessary to get his buddies to London. Vikram Kochhar, Boman Irani and Anil Grover are also part of the ensemble cast. The excited fans waiting impatiently for details regarding the film were ecstatic when the first glimpse was released.
Dunki is backed by Rajkumar Hirani Films, Jio Studios, and Red Chillies Entertainment. On December 22, Dunki will open in theaters in India. At the box office, Dunki will compete with Prashant Neel’s Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire.
