With Bheed hitting all the right spots, filmmaker Anubhav Sinha is all set with his next release, titled Afwaah, the first look poster for the film is out, and the trailer will be released today.
Sharing the first look poster on his social media, Anubhav Sinha wrote, “If you run, it will follow you. The film was written and directed by Sudhir Mishra. Produced by Anubhav Sinha and Bhushan Kumar under their respective banners Benaras Media Works and T-Series Films, the film stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bhumi Pednekar, Sharib Hashmi and Sumit Vyas.
Anubhav Sinha’s Benaras Mediaworks is a film based on a novel story rooted in the heartland of India. When the film was announced, giving details about the upcoming thriller, the ace director said, “It’s a story I have lived with for a long time, and I have only worked each day to make it quirky and twisted.”
Sudhir Mishra’s last directorial, Serious Men, was released in 2020, also starring Nawazuddin.
The film, Afwaah is slated for a 5th May 2023 release.
