On the 11th anniversary of his mother’s passing, actor Arjun Kapoor posts a touching message to his social media accounts to remember her.
Remembering mother Mona Shourie on her death anniversary, Arjun Kapoor wrote, “I never cared what anyone said or felt cause I always had u In front of me to make me realise who & what I was…11 years have passed since u become the shield that protects me from beyond, but I still wish u were here because in this cruel world today I try & handle all the hate, but I miss ur love which made me deal with everything with a smile on my face & made me a better person a happier person a calmer person perhaps maybe an alive soul…”
“I’m still this lost child without u, Maa… I look for you everywhere cause I’m lost, just like I’m in this picture, but I always believe ur smiling & looking after me somehow, just like in this picture…We shall meet someday soon,” read the full note.
Arjun Kapoor last appeared in Asmaan Bharadwaj’s directorial debut Kuttey on January 13, together with Tabu, Radhika Madan, and Naseeruddin Shah.
With Amrita Puri and Manoj Bajpayee, Kapoor will appear in The Woman Killer, a Hindi version of the Tamil film Comali called Meri Patni Ka, and Siddharth Anand’s action thriller Maut, which is produced by Aditya Chopra and distributed by the Yash Raj Films label.
