In just a few weeks, on February 10, the brand-new trailer for the tenth Fast and the Furious film, Fast X, will be released. In advance of the big unveiling, Universal Pictures has released a new “legacy trailer” for the 2001 film The Fast and the Furious, which was the catalyst for the entire franchise.
The nine films that come before Fast X are included in the Legacy trailer. The action classic starring Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster has its first trailer online.
Following the events of F9 (from 2021), Tess helps Cipher and Dante in their battle against Dominic Toretto and his gang in Fast X.
Fast and the Furious 10 movie is directed by filmmaker Louis Leterrier featuring a screenplay by Justin Lin and Dan Mazeau.
Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, John Cena, Jason Momoa, Michelle Rodriguez, Brie Larson, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang, Nathalie Emmanuel, Scott Eastwood, Michael Rooker, Daniela Melchior, Alan Ritchson, Helen Mirren, Cardi B, Rita Moreno, and Charlize Theron are among the ensemble cast members of the movie.
In the movie, when Cipher (Theron) enlists Dante (Momoa), a mysterious new foe, Dominic Toretto (Diesel) and his team are forced to look for assistance in their battle.
Fast X is slated for a May 19th, 2023, release.
